Espresso Drink Guide
Understanding Espresso Drinks
Espresso is the foundation of many of your favorite coffee drinks. What makes each drink different is the ratio of espresso, milk, and foam, as well as how the drink is layered and prepared. Some drinks are fully mixed for a smooth consistency, while others are layered to create distinct textures and flavor as you sip.
Espresso
A concentrated shot of coffee with a rich flavor and smooth crema on top. This is the base of all espresso drinks.
Caffeine content is about 60 to 80 mg per shot
Americano
Espresso combined with hot water. It has a similar strength to regular coffee but a smoother, richer taste. It is fully mixed rather than layered.
Caffeine content is about 60 to 80 mg per shot
Latte
A smooth and creamy drink made with espresso and a larger amount of steamed milk, topped with a light layer of foam. It is mostly mixed with a soft, balanced flavor.
Caffeine content is about 60 to 80 mg for a single shot, 120 to 160 mg for a double
Cappuccino
Equal parts espresso, steamed milk, and foam. It has a stronger coffee flavor than a latte with a thicker, airy texture. The foam sits on top creating a layered texture experience.
Caffeine content is about 60 to 80 mg per shot
Flat White
A velvety drink made with espresso and finely steamed milk. It has less foam than a latte and a stronger coffee flavor. It is smoothly blended with very fine microfoam.
Caffeine content is about 120 to 160 mg since it is typically made with a double shot
Macchiato
A bold espresso drink marked with a small amount of milk. It is lightly layered with the milk sitting on top of the espresso. It is stronger than most milk based drinks and keeps the espresso flavor front and center.
Caffeine content is about 60 to 80 mg
Caramel Macchiato
This is a sweeter, layered drink made with vanilla, milk, espresso, and caramel drizzle. The espresso is poured over the milk creating a layered look and flavor. It is very different from a traditional macchiato and is more like a flavored latte.
Caffeine content is about 75 to 150 mg depending on size
Mocha
A rich blend of espresso, chocolate, and milk. It is fully mixed for a smooth, dessert style drink.
Caffeine content is about 60 to 120 mg depending on the number of shots
Note
Caffeine levels can vary depending on how many espresso shots are used in each drink.

Cold Brew
Our cold brew is carefully crafted using medium roast coffee beans and steeped for a full 48 hours. This slow extraction process draws out the rich, smooth flavors from the beans while reducing acidity, creating a bold yet refreshing coffee that’s incredibly easy to drink. Served chilled, it’s the perfect balance of strength and smoothness—no bitterness, just pure coffee.
Drip Coffee
Our drip coffee is brewed fresh using high-quality coffee grounds and hot water, allowing the flavors to fully develop through a steady extraction process. Water is poured over the grounds and slowly filtered, creating a smooth, balanced cup with rich aroma and consistent flavor. Simple, classic, and made fresh throughout the day—this is coffee in its purest form.

Pour Over
Our pour over coffee is crafted with precision and care, delivering a clean and flavorful cup every time. Freshly ground coffee is placed in a filter, and hot water is slowly poured over the grounds in controlled stages. This method allows the coffee to bloom first, releasing natural gases, then fully extract as the water passes through. The result is a smooth, well-balanced cup that highlights the unique notes and character of the beans—pure, intentional, and handcrafted.
The Process
- Fresh coffee beans are ground to a medium consistency
- A filter is placed in the dripper and rinsed with hot water
- Coffee grounds are added to the filter
- A small amount of hot water is poured to let the coffee bloom (about 30–45 seconds)
- Hot water is slowly poured in circular motions over the grounds
- Coffee drips through into the cup or carafe below
- Serve immediately for the best flavor
